Vintage Travel Ticket Brochure.
This is by Thos Cook and Son who were founders of their own travel system in Europe
The cover of the book shows "Cook Travel Ticket" (at least that's what a search in Google showed me when trying to translate French to English)
It has a little pocket area which I imagine was used for tickets or other travel papers.
It's a Hard covered piece with interesting little details inside if you know French or if you like Google! This was given with the promise you could "travel without trouble"
Measures 5 1/8" by 3 5/8" when closed.
I  buy most of my pieces at auctions, flea markets & yard sales so I don't know the history of the item. I am not an antique dealer or expert.  I describe the item along with any flaws and markings I can find the best I can.
