  • Condition: These charming wooden dolls have been on display but show signs of age including some stains on the clothing. See photos. On the woman's left shoe, the toe is chipped. The clothing is sewn and not ripped or torn. The man has a mustache intact. The cane and pail are complete. Both dolls will stand on their own.

    Description

    These charming dolls were part of my sister's collection and she had them protected on display for many years. No one recalls the exact age or origin. They are carved from wood.   They have nicely stitched clothing that is not ripped or torn. The man has a felt hat and wood cane, the woman has a gingham hat and apron and a pail that is also carved from wood. Each doll is about 6 1/2" tall with another 1/4 to 1/2" height for the hats.  The dolls stand steadily on their own. They are standing in the second and third photos attached.
