Original key and holder from the French Line liner
SS FRANCE OF 1962
(Later the NCL cruise ship SS NORWAY from 1980 to 2006) The key is for the stateroom U094 (see my photos) which was located on the port side of "Pont Supérieur" or "Upper Deck". The luxurious cabin was called the "AUVERGNE" Suite de Luxe - made up of three cabins, U092, U098 and U094. The key and its plexi-glass covered metal triangle key chain, are in like new condition. The key is 2 3/4 inches long and the triangular shaped holder has sides of just under 3 inches. English and French instructions on what to do if the key is "carried away". French Line address of New York and Le Havre also shown. One of a kind.
