KING GEORGE SILVER PLATE ROUND SERVING TRAY

This piece is extremely heavy and is stunning in every way. T
he broad cast border, with shell and gadroon decoration, has deep relief and good, crisp definition. The tray is oval form, with engraved and chased foliate decoration, to a gadrooned border.
The engraving is still very sharp.
It's just an amazing piece period. W
ill work in any style home.
Fantastic quality from top to toe, just as you'd expect from this prestigious English master silver.
Minor scratching appropriate with age and use.
