Also has several other features about this very short lived but historic liner in OO Lines livery.
First Class Mail shipping in the U.S. is .00 and International First Class is .00.
Generally, I estimate the shipping at the lowest possible rate and if it is still less, I issue a refund on the balance.
If you want to have tracking, then that generally costs more as the basic type of shipping changes from a letter to a parcel.
If you wish to pay extra for a parcel, I am happy to oblige and alter the shipping costs, otherwise I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in today’s unreliable mail system.
