    Description

A signed menu from the March 5, 1954 San Francisco retirement dinner for ship’s Captain Maybaum.
Captain Maybaum was the Captain of the Matson shipping lines ship Hawaiian Logger,
California to Hawaii, etc., among other ships.  The menu is from the famous Fisherman’s Grotto restaurant at Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco, California.  The menu is inscribed and signed by several guests honoring Captain and Mrs. Maybaum.  I’m not sure how high ranking in the Matson Lines the guests that inscribed and signed the menu are.
The menu is 9 x 11 ¾ inches when closed.  One inscription at the upper left corner has an ink smudge and otherwise the signed inscriptions and the menu are in nice condition with no creases or tears to the menu.
Please see the other vintage items I have listed on eBay.
    Thanks for looking.
