Instruction for Careful Use
Step 1:
Install the press chamber, press rod and hopper
Step 2:
plug in the power, and the fan will operate automatically, but the preheating and pressing will not start. When the master switch is turned on, the fan and preheating will start simultaneously
Step 3:
Open the red button to preheat the press chamber (do not feed inside the hopper during preheating, and preheat the empty machine;
Do not install slag guide elbow during preheating;
Hot keys should be kept open during pressing.)
Step 4:
Start the press

When starting the press, start the press rod to rotate first, and then put the raw materials.
Do not fill the hopper at one time, should first put a small amount of raw materials to try to press, lubricate the press chamber press rod, do not fill the hopper at one time.
★
After observing that the oil slag is normal, start to put in a large number of raw materials
Step 5:
Clean the machine after the press is finished
★
Turn off the heating switch (red switch)
★
Turn on the switch downward, and the machine can be cleaned in reverse for 30 seconds (black switch)
★
Remove the hopper, lift the front cover and cool for a few minutes
★
Put on heat insulation gloves, remove the press bar from the chamber, and clean with clean water
Note
All machines support cold pressing and hot pressing mode, but many customers misunderstand that cold pressing mode does not require preheating. This is incorrect.
The cold pressing of our oil press refers to raw pressing of the material, and the hot pressing refers to the heated pressing of the material. Whether cold pressing or hot pressing, the chamber of the machine pressing must be heated to 180°-240° to ensure smooth oil output.
About the temperature setting
Normal temperature 200° : suitable for pressing most raw materials, such as rapeseed, black sesame, soybean, etc
High temperature 230-240° : suitable for pressing peanuts, sunflower seeds with shells, camellia seeds, cooked sesame;
Low temperature 160-180° : suitable for pressing walnut kernel, almond, flaxseed and other health oil;
Several factors affecting the temperature of the pressing chamber:

The heating block does not fit with the pressing chamber: before preheating, the front cover is laid down to check whether the heating block fits with the pressing chamber completely. If the fitting is not tight, the pressing chamber will not be heated, leading to the pressing problem;
★
Installation of slag guide tube: too much installation of slag guide tube will jack up the heating block, resulting in the separation of the heating block and the press chamber, so that the press chamber can not be heated;
★
long pressing time, heating can not keep up with the pressure chamber temperature drop, showing a sudden slag spraying phenomenon, then you can press the reverse key for about 30 seconds, let the temperature of the chamber rise, and then start pressing (can not directly stop and run again, when the machine stops the oil in the chamber will be baked, resulting in blockage)

The newly squeezed oil contains protein, which is not suitable for direct stir-frying. It needs to be naturally left standing for more than 24 hours to clarify.
★
the press speed will be different due to the size of the material particles, generally the larger the particle feeding speed is slower;
As for the oil yield, the data we provide is laboratory data. The actual oil yield will vary due to different material quality, different producing area and different degree of dryness. It is not completely determined by the machine.
If you want a high oil yield, you need to buy professional raw materials for oil extraction (we use our own peanut experiment, using 3Kg peanut, 1.25kg oil extraction, oil extraction rate up to 41%)
