Beautiful blue background and raised painted pearls lining her neck, hanging from her fingers,  and decorating her crown.  Beautiful ornate brass case. Marked on back LIMOGES FRANCE UNIQUE . Measures 2 inches across. Catch has pain that pulls out and bar drops down to release catch. Works fine.
